It's been 4 or so days since I've sent my form. I've had every dlc (~$300). Over 2600 hours played. I play on xbox and have never done anything remotely close to cheating in my life. I am not a toxic player. They couldn't even tell me why I got banned. I don't know what to do, I'm losing my mind over this. I want them to investigate the crap out of my situation so that they realize they were wrong. I want them to apologize. I've already sent the form. Is that seriously all I can do? All the content I paid for but never got to fully enjoy was just taken from me without any reason. I bought my next gen console just so that I could raise my fov in my favorite game. I literally cannot play my favorite game. I played their game as a kid in D1. All I did at that age was just use blue weapons in the crucible because I didn't know how to get any DLCs, thus never reaching lvl 40. Simple times. Now it's all gone. I'd even be fine if they restarted my game. Sure, my adept palindrome would be gone but at least I could play the game. Unbelievable. For all of the people who seem positive that they are clean, you're not entirely safe. If I got banned, then I'm pretty sure anyone else could as well. Anti-cheat doesn't even take care of cheaters, just random players like me, simply enjoying the game.

"unknown reasons" Uh-huh. At any rate, if you read it, it says there is no appeals for perma bans.

Did you use an ahk/macro for all those matches to afk?
