CBMM is a disgusting insult to casual players
And if you wanna keep with this useless CBMM, Bungie, then add a freelance option like survival.
And please do something to the lag. Ain't it called connectivity based matchmaking you twits?

1 Replytime to kill 1.2 seconds server lag 450 ms, yes thats cbmm, because Bungle do not host servers in Melbourne. So i am half dead before i even know they are there , and when i fire at them they are actually 10 steps away and i do not register a hit. the only time i get a kill is when they are standing still and i surprise them or they are running directly towards me. oh lol i saw a guy with an efficiency rating of 20 in a match today! yup thats pure skill lol. oh Bungle in case you are reading this , i only play crucible for the pinnacle and today i played 6 matches and only the first 2 counted. you are lucky you were not within arms reach.......

If the game had a lag free experience and a good matchmaking system SBMM would be fine. But it doesn't. So bungie needs to prioritize connection>lobby balance

3 RepliesBy casual players, do you mean low skilled? I'm a casual player and pretty good, and I LOVE the removal of 'skill' based matchmaking, purely because most of the time, i wasn't getting matched against better opponents, but rather matched WITH worse teammates, with me being used consistently as a balancing factor. It's very frustrating to have to sweat every game because if I have a bad game, then no-one on my team can cover for that and we lose every time. There's nothing i could learn from losses either. At least when I lose against good opponents, i can try to see what tactics they used, what loadouts etc. There's nothing I can learn when my opponents aren't any better than I am, but I have teammates face planting the wall or running straight into the nearest red blob on the radar. What can i learn from that other than 'sweat harder and maybe you'll carry them next time'? Connection matchmaking is great, and now if i get stomped, it's usually because some no life trials team has come to quickplay for lulz, but at least I can learn from those.

2 RepliesIn my Opinion we should Boycott all 6v6 playlist including Iron banner. If you want your pinnacle play elimination or comp they are SBMM. If enough of us quit playing, Bungie will take notice, and maybe make a change. What we need is a choice of either SBMM or CBMM. If you want SBMM back boycott crucible. Tell your friends to spead the word.

3 RepliesUnless you have some sort of physical handicap, crucible is more of an IQ or common sense check than anything else. If some can handle their own in one fps, they can handle their own in any. It's not casual players who hate cbmm, it's stupid players.

Bungie don’t listen to this random his lobby’s are literally against 0.8 kd timmys and he still manages to get slapped 😂 against 0.8kd’s 😂 Clearly the problem is op not the game because I’m having fun in crucible using new gear and I actually get on every night knowing I don’t have to sweat in qp I can just relax.

They have... the Lag has reduced substantially. CBMM is great for Lag free fun matches... as QP was intended.

You’re a decent player. Instead of complaining about it on the message board why not improve your play a bit and get rewarded with a better experience? Why do you want the game to feed you artificially low skill competitors?

Just make mayhem a permanent sbmm playlist. That's all the bottom tier players who want sbmm in a social playlist want anyway because they can't kill other players with gun skill/movement skill.
