Per the purchase link it says "Purchases of Shadowkeep or the Upgrade Edition will grant the currently active Season Pass upon logging in for the first time after purchase." I just checked my receipt it says I bought the Upgrade Edition and should include the pass. Can someone please assist in fixing this?

8 RepliesDid you purchase this on Steam or PSN? Looking at your Steam and PSN accounts via the API I can see that you own Shadowkeep and the current season on your Steam account. By that I mean the current season is assigned to your D2 Steam characters. You currently have cross save enabled with your PSN account set as the primary cross save account. I don't see any season pass being assigned to your PSN characters. If you just purchased the upgrade edition on Steam and made the purchase PRIOR to enabling cross save then unfortunately the free season pass you got was assigned to your Steam characters, even if none existed on Steam. To have applied the season pass to your PSN characters the purchase would need to have been made AFTER you had enabled cross save.
