Bane of Crota Ghost Shell
I am not sure if I have the worst luck ever in getting this ghost shell or if it is bugged. I have beaten the boss 250+ times and have yet to receive this ghost shell. I know it is supposed to have RNG protection but it seems like I can never get it to drop. Is there a bug that is keeping me from getting the ghost shell or am I just going to have to keep doing this event over and over?

No it is just really bad rng. There isn't anything you can do about it other than to keep running it.
