Focus Armor perk is terrible.
I unlocked the focus armor perk and purchased 1 of the intellect, recovery and mobility.. all 3 had terrible roles under 55 base stats and the main stats were ~8-12. You need to boost these drops or else there's literally no reason to do any if that. I get better roles on random legendaries.

10 RepliesI believe you need to unlock the first perk on the third rank of the prismatic recaster called Umbral Enhancement III: Weapons will get a second final perk and armor has a chance do drop at higher stat values.
