Prismatic Recaster Rank II Upgrade 1 Bug
The first upgrade in the Umbral Recaster rank 2 is broken, I collected 2 weeklies and got 1k Twisted Energy and ONLY got 1 engram and 1 upgrade, when I should've been getting 4 engrams and 4 upgrades
