Ps4 stuck at planet screen, power level 0. 2.0
I have not heard anything back from Bungie help on this issue.
Ps4 will not load into any destination, power level says 0. It gets stuck at a planet screen.
PC steam works fine.
Ps4 gets stuck at planet screen .
I’ve tried rebooting the console, unplugging the console for 5 minutes, logging out. Even took it out for pizza. Still stuck.

My cross save ps4 account and old Xbox account were apart of the same clan. I kicked my Xbox account and it worked. I can now play my cross save account on xbox.
