you lost me at 100 GL guardian kills
im not completing the quest because i do not play crucible

i am a casual pve player, whom does not like crucible or gambit and therefore despises the two gamemodes. when i see stuff that forces me to play into a gamemode that makes me toxic because of my own personal issues i feel like bungie doesnt care about the playerbase that doesn't like pve, however small that bloody playerbase is they still matter. the choice to play pvp bloody matters because i don't want to get an aneurysm from trying to kill people with grenade launchers for like however many bloody matches it takes. maybe small?? maybe large?? whatever
I just SERIOUSLY like the choice of either killing like 500 enemies in strikes BUT guardians count as like 5 per kill so you get it done faster in pvp.

Am I missing something. Somehow I got to 68 kills... I've gotten many kils with Colony, Mt top, Witherhoard, and it's not going up.

Each kill counts for about 3% of the total. Suck it up like the rest of us.

25, actually. The season pass has a thing that quadruples the speed.

At level 22 you get a boost.... it’s really easy... just equip colony and camp heavy you get it very fast

7 RepliesSo you choose not to play half the game, but then complain that some stuff requires you to play that half that you're willingly excluding yourself from? No, you can't have everything in the game if you don't play everything. That's not how it works.

Divinity, Terebah, and Anarchy are all obtained in pve raids thats i dont do anymore. Im ok with that. You should be ok that some stuff is pvp also.

To be honest, with the new exotic grenade launcher, on control, you can probably get 10 kills a game easily. Just have to endure 10 games... good luck

Just wait for momentum control and spam fighting lion and have a heavy GL equipped for heavy spawns. I wish I'd known about this trick when I was grinding for mountain top.

They crazy thing is, they've been adding options for quests for a while, I'm not sure why they don't keep that with every quest. Unless it's a pinnacle or location based, every thing should have a gambit, pve, and PvP option to complete

I don't PVP either, and i'm not going to go through it at this point in time. Having said that, I grinded for the Mountaintop....God I hated that..... Maybe when I get to the end of the season pass, then I might torture myself with this. Many players have asked to segregate PVP and PVE requirements for quests, but Bungie either don't care to listen, or don't give a toss about what we think.

Just remember that at catalyst boost omega it is only 25 nade kills in crucible.

Well, as much as you hate crucible, you can get this step done very easily. Just wait for Momentum Control to come around and use Fighting Lion. It'll lessen your pain to maybe... 3-4 matches, provided you have the x4 booster from the season pass.
