Cannot deactivate cross save due to silver purchase

I used the cross-save feature to bring my PC characters over to Xbox and want to get back onto my original Xbox account. But it's saying I cannot deactivate for another 39 days because I had recently purchased silver on that account. Can someone help me remedy this issue if possible? Thanks.
