I just saw a report showing how seriously Activision takes cheaters because they know they ruin it for everyone. They have already banned 70K cheaters. 70K!!!
Meanwhile in Destiny, people which can be proven as cheaters continue to play.
How can this be so hard for them to execute?!!

If you suspect cheating or abuse, report them via the in game tool or If does not work, you can try the Manual Tool or reporting from your game history. Bungie's SRT does not review forums for reports. Posting identifying information on the forum is against the Code of Conduct and can get you Ninja'd.

44 RepliesBungie: "We have difficulty spotting cheaters" Also Bungie: "If you help us spot cheaters, you earn yourself a ban for naming and shaming" Bungie Logic 🤦♂️

Banned players will not buy silver... even if a cheater doesnt buy silver there is still the chance they could and thus why they will not be banned.
-
1 ReplyIf Bungie banned 70k players there would only be 500 people left playing the game
-
1 ReplyFunny how if we expose cheaters we get dealt with like Chinese COVID-19 whistleblowers 😂
-
9 RepliesAnswer me this tough guy. Who is the bigger corporation? Bungie or Activision? Idiot. Bungie is taking this very seriously and all it needs is patience. You can’t come up with an anti cheat in a week. Besides, everyone there is working up the new season and stuff and I’m sure they’ll have the anti cheat provided soon

3 RepliesBungie left Activision
-
Honestly I'm blown away that 70,000 people were cheating in CoD.
-
1 ReplyIt's amazing to me that it was Bungie (not Activision) that was incompetent this whole time.
-
You know they are not taking it seriously when you still see paid recoveries advertised in the lfg section every day.
-
3 RepliesIs it really a witch hunt if no one goes and harasses that person?
-
12 RepliesThey're not banning cheaters because it's keeping the playerbase numbers up. 😂
-
1 ReplyIf Bungie banned 70K players......That might be all of them in Trials? The pvp in this game is set up on a system about 3 generations behind standards so you get what you get.
-
3 Repliesactivision actually cares about the future of its games since they make them money, hence why they abandoned destiny 2 when they knew it was already dead, bungie just wants to milk d2 for what they can get out of it b4 its gone completely why would they invest money in actually bothering with cheaters?
-
And if you call out the cheaters, you are the one who gets banned. I have YET to understand the logic behind that one.

1 ReplyYou're comparing apples to orgies
-
1 ReplyI have submitted 6 reports, with video evidence and links to profiles and nothing. No response from Bungie and the cheaters are still playing. They don't give a -blam!-.
-
5 RepliesNot enough staff That simple And not enough motivation to do anything about it.
-
3 RepliesHell if they get rid of all the cheaters who will be left playing it?
-
2 RepliesRockstar makes it so cheaters are still able to play the game, they just get put into lobbies with only other cheaters.
-
And I’m still seeing cheaters in CoD on console

One thing is Activision is a much bigger company than bungie 9000+ to 600+. That's still not to big of an excuse because they should be on top of this way more.
-
Yeah let me know how that actually effects cheating in warzone.

6 RepliesA big question I have about cheating in Trials is what if you pay for someone to carry you but then realize they're cheating to get you there? Do you instantly leave and report them? Do you stay and record the matches until the end and then report them? Finally if you do all of that and then turn them in, do you still get banned even though you were trying to be honest and give them stone cold evidence? Just curious about that with all of the guaranteed flawless carries that are being offered...
