every one who saw that interview probably already know there is no anti cheat just some ppls at bungie review our reports and most of the time they cant tell if someone is hacking or not so aimbotters and wallhackers wont get cought cause there is nothing to really detect it.

2 RepliesBungie’s anti-cheat is as old as their P2P system.
-
6 RepliesEven if they did have an anti cheat, the problem is there is literally nothing to stop or slow down the cheaters from starting another FREE account and jumping back in to cheat again.
-
1 ReplyThey have no anti cheat. What’s worse is if you try expose cheaters you get punished faster/ worse than they do. Well then again that’s not saying much cause cheaters don’t get punished at all LOL
-
1 ReplyNope - none. The only thing Bungle Polices is the Forums to prevent people from posting Videos of people cheating. So cheat away people - Bungle could not care less.
-
3 RepliesI've said it before and I'll say it again, Bungie would only take action against cheaters if they found a way to steal from Eververse.
-
They can't stop cheating with p2p connections it's impossible. Their slack asses needed dedicated servers years ago. They won't do it.
-
2 RepliesWho thought it was better? Not too many I imagine. This is exactly what I expected. There is no profit to be made with anti-cheat. Bungie gets more player hours logged with their free season passes than if they invested in useless anti-cheats that would result in a player who can create a new profile for free, and spoof a new address. Then Bungie can say they have over 230k players playing Trials. They won't say how many paid for the game.
-
Pretty sure Bungie's antique P2P design makes any real anti-cheat, impossible.
-
Did you know cheaters pay $25+ a month for a subscription for cheats, mental, just found this out.
-
There is some anti-cheat, it usually blocks FPS counters and VoIP overlays. It does not seem to do much about cheats though.
-
People should be careful what they wish for...anyone seen Riot game's anti-cheat solution with Valorant? That's kicking up a fuss right now because of how invasive it is...link below https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J078WhzTGjg&t=0s Is that the sort of thing people want to see in their game? Would people be happy to have some program running at kernel level on their machines reporting who knows what back to the operator? I can imagine a whole lot of people wouldn't be too happy about that at all.
-
Bungie may as well just implement all these hacks so we can have a fair fight in their game. It's just stupid. Ever since steam the players I fight skill level has increased....hmmm I wonder why?
-
I killed a player in survival yesterday and I got killed near to his spot. He popped right up again,in same spot. Seemed he was cheating as he respawned to quickly and I have never seen anyone spawn on that spot...... Sent a cheat report...... Got removed to orbit final game, got a “your connection is bad you left early message twice over next half hour when I wasn’t even in crucible. I think my internet is fine,I have no problems anywhere else except bungie? My experience anyway.

They use “space magic”.

I can understand not allowing "witch hunts" or name and shame posts, but they go though such lengths to protect cheating it's beyond strange. Why can't you report cheating that you weren't subjected to? The evidence is still valid. Do they just not care to see it?
-
There IS one, however it isn't really good. It's like VAC.
-
An who else is just now figuring this out. Oh wait every person who has left the game because they are sick of the BS. Considering people can’t be shamed for what they are doing and ninjas, moderators, and devs are protecting them makes it worse. God forbid anyone tries to bring awareness to the community that certain players are being bad players.
-
There is an anti-cheat, however I'm being told it is outdated and only recognizes specific "rage" features. The interview I did was quite accurate though I feel he was extremely new to what he was doing. After Forsaken came out they did update their anti-cheat and did ban players, but it still isn't efficient at the moment.
-
Bungie says they have sophisticated security measures for detecting cheaters, what that actually means is "if you send a report, we'll look into it". It's only sophisticated because kids these days don't know how to fill out a manual report form. 😂
-
6 RepliesNobody and I mean nobody is fùcking talking about how players right now ON CONSOLE are glitching their artifact power into the crucible a.k.a iron banner the fùck I care about previous cheating that we've all well known that's going on, how about what's going on now? Like for ffs sake dude
-
D2 is a paradise for hackers and cheaters. If they ban all of them, population will drop by 50%. They dont want this to happen.
-
6 RepliesThis is what happens when you make games go free to play
-
They probably want someone in the community to code one for them while the rest of the community acts as a safety net of reporting 🤦♂️😂
-
Of course there isnt, why do people believe this?
-
1 ReplyCan they just get battle eye ? It works good on r6 siege . Always see people getting banned every min . Or would they have to pay money for it ? Prob why they don’t get an anti cheat . They are being cheap .
-
but its free to play
