Code Redemption issue

I claimed the following codes when I purchased the Australian Bushfire T-Shirt when logged into my steam account Star Light, Star Bright and Ultraworld But they are not showing up in game, they are in my code redemption history though? Can someone please help?

Times Vengeance

Both of these emblems appear in your Collections. You can find them under the Events section. Note that they won't be flashing as if new.
