Update the Farm make it a clan destination
Introduce new members of hawthorns clan. Put them at the farm a new mechanic, a new gunsmith, a clan bounty board. Maybe add a shooting rang.
The farm is a wasted end game social play space. I say wasted because after you beat the campgine all the mpcs move to the tower. And your pretty much never visit it again. In the past 2 years I have been there maybe 3 times.
Simple fix would be to introduce a ton of new clan related gear. Emblems , the ablity to customize your ships and sparrows with clan insignias and colors. Some kind of big monthly clan event. That's not pvp related.
Maybe have clan hunts . Where you have to find resources and complete patrols. Or better yet. Add wild hunts to the game where you and at least 2 members of your clan have to hunt down hidden bosses. That pop up randomly. Or spawn at public events . If you do a spacific thing to bring them out. It would be cooler if there was a hunt aspect to it like the mini bosses where off in a hidden area some where.
Introduce clan spaficis weapons and armor sets. Maybe 3 or 4 clan exotics class spacific. And a clan exotic bond.
By adding all this you could revitalize the farm. And make it a destination agein.
I want my social spaces to be like d1 social spaces. You always had a reason to go there. Multiple reasons, the view, armor, weapons, bounties, emblems, shaders, or just cool areas like the speakers room.
That's missing in D2. Social spaces seem halo. And forgotten. Even the new tower feel empty. The mpcs dont have much stock or variety. There just bounties vending machines.
The is not a feeling of hustle and bustle or mystery. Like there was in the old tower

It should be the location for going flawless in Trials. You step through a portal and go to the Farm to collect your flawless rewards. lol

Like the farm. Also i wouldnt mind if they even got rid of a few planets. Put them on rotation from season to season and give us more fun playable stuff. Going to titan and roaming around is not fun.

It can be a destination made literally for LFG’ing. Put a Community/Bounty Board and allow players to post their LFG for any activity. I think they haven’t done this yet because they don’t have anyone on the team that can or wants to put this together.

Be a ton simpler to just get rid of it, bring Tyra to the tower and give her something to do. The Farm’s only purpose now is to take up space that could be freed up to better load times

If you have a negative kd in pvp you should only be able to visit the farm for your social space #livestock

2 RepliesHell no! I waste enough time in the tower visiting all the vendors. Having to visit another location for different vendors, with the current tower loading times, there wouldn't be any time left for actual game play

Maybe make it a shooting range where you can test weapons, mods, etc. Perhaps let people select any mods they want on any frame. You “borrow” the weapon to try it out. Targets like the ones you have in the tribute hall, except they move and don’t shoot back.

Farm would be cool if it had more vendors. Wow has many cities and its cool.
