I lost access to my Destiny 2 Account on Steam with all the DLCs after unlinking my Ps4 account

Here's the thing I had a Steam Account with Forsaken, the annual Pass and Shadowkeep and I linked my Ps4 Destiny account onto it. I made sure the Steam account was the primary one. After unlinking the Ps4 account all my character progress I had on Steam was reset to zero and I've lost my access to the DLCs even though Steam shows me I have all the DLCs purchased. Could it be that I made a Mistake in unlinking the Accounts? Under the Cross-Save Section I get this message "You unpaired your Cross Save accounts too recently. You must wait for 68 days before you can try again." Does this mean my former Steam Account is still there? Do I just have to wait 68 days before I can link the Account again? Any Help is appreciated.

  • Hi there. Thanks for contacting us. Expansions like Forsaken and Shadowkeep are tied to a platform, not characters, so you shouldn't have lost access to those on Steam. If you'd like them on PS4 you would have to purchase them on PS4. I have checked your Steam account and you do have both expansions unlocked on that account.

  • You guys really shouldn’t be messing with account linking and deactivating cross save. Cross save is meant to be a set and forget type of option. Provide a screenshot of your DLC list in Steam.
