Unable to deactivate cross save because I bought silver
I have a ps4 and I Xbox I mainly play on ps4 with a few of my friends but I have some friends on Xbox that wanted to play destiny with me so I tried to cross save my ps4 characters to the Xbox and my characters where not on Xbox or ps4 and I’m trying to deactivate but I can’t because I bought silver now my characters are gone and I can’t play with my characters is there any way I can deactivate it without have to wait 90 days because I don’t want to wait that long or start all over

Your CrossSave is actually using the XB data set, not the PS dataset. That's why your PS characters are not showing up. All you can do is submit the form and see if they follow through or not - they don't have to.
