Hi , so yesterday my friend told me he lost his destiny 2 characters, so i ask him if he gave his account to somebody, and yep thats what he did, but the thing is , that somebody gave the account to two of his friends one is from xbox and the other on steam, both of them linked his account (to clarify my friend plays on ps4, he has his psn account linked to his bungie account), and the one with the active characters is the steam one, so i tried to help him by un linking the accounts but it seems like i need the log in info of the xbox account and the steam account, then i tried deactivating cross save but i couldnt cause i need the log in info of both accounts, he sent a mail to bungie but they said they cant deactivate cross save bc it has something to do with personal info of the players etc... So i was thinking maybe he can try to link the account to a new bungie account or try to make the psn account the one with the active characters. If someone knows of a way to fix it, i would be grateful to know
