Good, I hope all you pc players get banned and then the game dissapears from pc forever so Bungie can stop wasting resources and man power on that version and put all that energy back into the console versions where it belongs.

Sounds like you have unapproved programs running in the background. It doesnt matter if you use them to cheat in Destiny. Unapproved is unapproved. Sorry for your loss. They definitely make sure a human checks that you are guilty before dropping the ban hammer.

Your account was flagged for running certain types of programs and then your ban was manually placed. There’s no appeal. Gotta start over and I’d stay off of D2 on PC if I were you.

This is why I don't even try to play on PC. I am somewhat tech savvy, but not that much that I know how.to recognize all the programs bungo deems potential cheating; and I am not risking a ban because Bungo decides to scan my computer for unapproved software.

That’s what you got banned for. Bungie will ban you for playing the game while you have what they consider cheat software running in the background in your pc. And there is no appeal process. You’re done.

Doing something once / 1 time does not lead to a restriction or ban unless you are using code injecting software or cheating in some way. Connection based restrictions or bans you are given a warning about your connection first before any restriction or ban is places.
