Get rid of level advantages in PvP (Iron Banner)
All level advantages do is reward no life, 30 year old virgins, living in their parent's basement, who do nothing but play your game 24/7. Give the people who have jobs and a life a break.

I disagree, I think the level advantage should be more obvious. I don't think about it, worry about, or even notice it for the most part. The biggest problem with IB is that we don't get higher drops. IB should occasionally drop pinnacle level gear for playing along with upgrade materials.
