It's thematic. Titans represent warriors, knights, military. Warlocks are scholars, mages, academic elite. Both represent larger organizations. The hunter is supposed to represent the fringe of society, the scout, the rogue. While the military has uniforms and academies have dress codes, the hunters have scraped by with makeshift piecemeal armor to represent independence and solitude.

  • Yeah that’s what Hunters are. That’s why I personally always gravitate towards the more scout type armor; like the Vanguard sets or the Dead End Cure sets. I hate the ones with the high heeled spikey boots. I like my Hunter to look like he just came in from the wilds, Void bow in hand.

  • But then you have something like the Red Moon Phantom set though. Looks more like a factory made armor and yet one shoulder is twice the size of the other despite looking identical.
