Well I have the purple one since I upgraded it so I decided maybe if I do the quest with the purple synth and just use a different version (ie: collector instead of reaper) I will get the notorious. Grinded a bunch of T3 reckonings to get the other armor pieces and then 5 games of prime to get the other part done and... illicit... So am I just -blam!- by this timegate Bungie? Nothing I can do?
