I'm soooo sick of Dust Rock Blues+Not Forgotten+Wardcliff Coil loadouts.
Can we please mix things up? People complain about Erentil all day but fail to see the true problems in this game. Every time I look at a sweaty player's loadout. DRB + WC + NF. EVERY...SINGLE....TIME. I'm not asking for nerfs, I'm begging the community to try something new. I wanna puke every time I see 20K kills on a NF or 10K kills on a DRB. The heavy weapon meta needs to change. Nothing but free team wipe wardcliff coil.
Edit: playing on console. I realize not a problem on pc
Edit 2: This is not about my ability to play the game. I already have ways to counter the meta loadouts. I get hate mail after every game. It's a good feeling knowing how to counter it. My point is the crucible is getting stale. We have a giant sandbox and yet people only want to play in one tiny corner of it. There are other viable options. The crucible should be overflowing with variety. Hopefully shadowkeep can incentivize players to try new loadouts.

this is probably the most annoying playstyle to go against in my opinion but not because its unbeatable and good but because its all i see last word with sniper/recluse is how i counter it. or i fight fire with fire and go for my service revolver and mindbenders. either way its fun playing pvp at times but i just wish it had more variety.

Playing with different loadouts, especially non-meta, is one of the most fun things you can do, and hey, you might even find a new favorite weapon. Don't be afraid to lose in quickplay, it's better to have lost an have fun than it is to win and be bored

6 RepliesMy complaint is that titans are all the same. Bottom tree striker with one eyed mask. Pop the super, then its spam right bumper. My issue with that is that one eyed mask works while in super and that bottom tree gives health back on kill. Its like Destiny 1 blade dancer but for titans!

Tbh I'd rather face a bunch of fools using Bought Forgotten than a squad of Dads using Bygones. At least with Bought Forgotten you actually have to aim for someones head to kill them quickly. Sick of getting belly sprayed by Babies First Pulse from across the map. lol

I play on console and I've seen one player since they nerfed it; I've played about 20 hours of IB this week and I'll probably play that - or more - this weekend and bet, I won't see another one. Everyone's doing the weapon quest, it's refreshing for sure, still trash matchmaking but hey, it's Bungie.

4 RepliesYeah. It’s definitely gotten better since the nerfs to nf and lunas, but drb and wardcliff are still really good. I’m hoping the changes to heavy will bring wardcliff down a bit. And there are plenty of other good shotguns for people to use so that hasn’t really been a problem. I think shotties are in a good place right now.

But I think on both PC and Consule everyone can agree that shotguns need something done to them either Spread increase and no way to change it, or A range nerf.

Right now meta is pulse rifle fusion .in comp that's the main load out . In iron banner is the same. In quick play it's the same . I hardly ever run into not forgottons in iron banner quick play or comp .why are u complaining about pvp weapons . People reached fable so they use the weapon that are made for pvp .if ur not able to reach fable in this season ur bound to never reach it because it's extremely easy sense u get more points on streaks and u lose less then u win in points .anyone and I mean anyone with a 1.0 can solo fable with a 50% win rate .I myself can solo to mythic with a team I can reach fable with no loss but I mainly play comp only because qp is cancer .just random people bieng dumb and it's annoying .caint wait for skill based match making tired of potatoes in comp and qp abusing no skill weapons to make up there lack of skill
