Your pc licenses and account transfer to steam if you have them linked. Once cross save is enabled your Xbox account (if you choose this one) will just be the account you see on Pc instead of your regular Pc one. Linking your Battle.net and steam accounts will not change what happens when you enable cross save.

Linking the Battle.net and steam accounts only brings over your Battle.net licenses and Battle.net destiny account. Tomorrow when cross save goes live, users will need to enable one of their accounts (you’ll set your Xbox account) to cross save. Once you do, your entire Xbox account will be playable on any platform.
