Nearly every match of the EAZ I play, it ends up being me soloing the boss because people leave once there's no more minibosses. It's starting to become a problem.
That step for the blue armor could use a redesign for the sake of saving a dying activity. Maybe change it to a percentage, make minibosses grant 2% and final bosses grant 5%, so people might actually want to finish the activity. It's really annoying.

Do the same until the 100 is complete.

I haven't ditched an EAZ yet but I've been loaded into several after someone else did. On a couple occasions I was still flying into EAZ after the boss was already dead.... the chest rewards were popping up on my screen while my ship was still flying. Great for rewards but bad when you still need 70+ mini boss kills

15 RepliesPeople are leaving because they only care about them selves. It's not the quest steps, people are just garbage look for anything to benefit them and everything else gets screwed.
-
1 ReplyNot only that (which is bad design by bungie), they are also afk on gambit and or with bots to do those matches without playing. But besides all that, i also leave when the witch that splits in half comes as a boss (it was super cool the first time but after that it's a pain in the ass).

3 RepliesThe Fallen and Cabal bosses aren’t so bad. The Hive boss? Yep, I’ll be leaving too, thanks.

6 RepliesThe mini boss kills are the last part of my grind to get the armour. It is taking me a while to do. I haven’t left any matches yet. It’s maybe five extra minutes to finish. I don’t mind sticking around to help others finish the big bosses at the end. By staying, I’m able to accumulate more loot that will hopefully improve my chances at getting armour with random enhanced perks afterwards. Good luck to all grinding their armour !

2 RepliesThis is the worst event for me so far. The requirements for upgrading the armor pieces are absurd. I really want to have a set of the armor, but I don't want to waste the hours of grinding to get it. Especially, when I find no progression toward the requirement I'm working on after following the conditions it requires. "Defeat Enemies in Strike Playlists using a subclass that matches the Day, Collect Elemental Orbs of any type in the European Aerial Zone, and defeat minibosses in the European Aerial Zone" Did a playlist strike today during solar week.... Solar singe condition active on the mission.... walked into that mission... with the dawnbreaker subclass on my warlock... finished that mission twice...... and NO progress was counted toward my blue head piece... This event is 4 weeks long and the event itself sabotages the grind..... It feels like a giant waste of time. Not a single aspect of this event is enjoyable either. The EAZ is boring and frustrating. I feel like I'm soloing in the mission the entire time. Meanwhile, after killing bosses and finishing the mission,....I have to scramble to collect rewards I just -blam!-ING EARNED.... by WORKING EVEN MORE to collect them by searching all over the map to loot them... ... Bungie.... Are sadists covering for your devs during their lunch breaks? When someone completes a mission to get the reward.... ... YOU GIVE THEM THE REWARD.... You don't make them scramble to search for the rewards they just earned..

2 RepliesThank bungie for that, if it was 50 bosses and 100 chests, they'd stay.
-
I think the worst part is I keep getting thrown into matches that are at the boss fight/chest search making it impossible to gain progress
-
Havent touched the EAZ sonce i got those parts of the armor done, have no intentions of doing that grind again. I got 7 or 8 packages left, once theyre gone SoH is over for me

I'm sorry for that, not joking. Blame bungie.
