Did not get Lord of wolves and Prometheus lens emblem
I played during both time periods and did not get the emblems help please

5 RepliesI got mine but I can’t require it. I’ve locked it so I don’t lose it but I don’t know why it isn’t showing up in the collections tab.

1 ReplyI also played with Prometheus lens during the nightmare. When it came out. I had to uninstall that shortly after Leviathan reinstalled it and updated it went into the game got the Prometheus lens and played around in it in The Crucible during curse of Osiris uninstalled the game and then came back to it in January and I did not get the emblem I verified on the warmind and Destiny tracker that I played during the active periods I got the Lord of wolves emblem but I did not get the Prometheus lens one

Same here. I used the Destiny 2 Historically Heat Map, filtered it to crucible and it shows that I played on the 9th, 10th, and the 12th.

I played the evening of that last day to get the prismatic inferno eblem :(:(:( I wasnted that one, but i fot the lord of wolves emblem.

This is Activision level bull crap. Bungie may have left them but they clearly kept their practices. GG *update* i got both emblems but i picked em up on my alt. so apparently u only get 1 of each period. so now my hunter i never play has both. i clicked store on he wolves one and they do NOT go into collections. so its apparently just gone and i can not clam another one from collections as it isnt there. OMG fix this how does crap like this go unknown!!!!!!!!

Same boat... I played on the 9th of December (Control - Quickplay on Pacifica )and my team won the match. Only got the LoW emblem no Prismatic Inferno.

3 RepliesI played clash on distant shore around 9pm eastern on 12/8/2017 according to destiny tracker but didnt get the prometheus lens emblem.. they haven't replied to me yet =/

Yeah I didn’t receive anything either, checked back in my pvp history and saw I had a match completed on December 8th 2017. Didn’t get the emblem but I did get the wolves unleashed one. I’m also positive I literally told someone to buy the weapon from xur that very day, and we played a match afterwards.

I was eligeble for both emblems but only got the release the wolves emblem, and when i stored it i now cant pick it back up again.

1 ReplyI have in my game history on here that I played Clash at 8:12 PM on December 8th 2017. I also played Iron Banner last weekend. I don’t have either emblem or any triumph. I’ve not deleted my character.

1 ReplyI've got the "Unleashed wolves" emblem, but there was no space, and there no it at collections. How I can retrieve it back? I have triumph, but cannot retrieve emblem from collections (I have released it).

I think it is because I deleted that character when forsaken came around (I wanted fresh starts). Other sites track deleted characters though, so maybe not (wastedondestiny.com for example).

I should have been credited with the Prometheus lens emblem but didn’t receive it. Got the in game Messages pop up for both emblems. Got the iron banner one but not the prismatic inferno one. Bungie sort this out

I played during lazer tag weekend but my heat map didn’t attach any crucible games I played to a time they were just at the very bottom grayed out not attached to a time of the day. And low and brogue I didn’t get the Prometheus lens emblem just the lord of wolfs
