Perks missing from Cloak/Bond/Mark
@bungiehelp Hey any update as to when the missing perks on the cloak/bond/mark items are gonna be fixed? It seems any one of those items that had machine gun reserves active are affected.

I was wondering if anyone else had seen that, or if my bond just glitched out for me somehow.
