Trump seemed to be referring to Reps. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan; Ilhan Omar, a Somali refugee and U.S. citizen from Minnesota; Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York; and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts.
President Donald Trump on Sunday said progressive congresswomen should "go back" and try to fix the "crime infested places" they "originally came from" before telling the U.S. government how to handle its problems.
"So interesting to see 'Progressive' Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run," Trump wrote in a series of three tweets.

2 RepliesI don't think his racist tweet affects his supporters given that a vast majority of his supporters are exactly like him, and not like the people he's attacking. I'm pretty sure that many of them support his tweet though. For me, I've had to deal with that kind of garbage for the past 3 years, so I'm taking the side of the progressive congresswomen even if I don't agree with all of their policies. I know how it feels like to be told to go back to my own country even though I was born in the US.

The guy just had to shut up and it was almost guaranteed that he'd win re-election with how the Democratic debates have gone but that is just too much to ask. The Presidential race will be lost by whichever one of the two candidates gets the most attention. If the public is focused on the Democrats and their huge leap to the left Trump wins and if the public is focused on Trump and his idiotic ramblings then the Democrats win. Edit: If the polling I just read is accurate, at least he picked the most disliked Democrats to talk crap about. The info comes from Axios, which shows up as a left leaning website and they published the article I read because they're worried AOC and that group are going to lose them House majority.
