Give golden gun super armour
So why is golden gun the only super in the game (that I'm aware of) that doesn't get any damage resistance? I mean even well- -blam!-ing well gets super armour as you activate it, not the armour you get from the well itself but the damage resistance you get as you're placing it. I'm fed up of getting one shot by shotguns or just plain primaried in my super. Please bungie

You want armor for a super that can cross map a team, is ohk and has no travel time No that wouldn't be broken at all..

Cause golden gun has infinite range and has no travel time. You don’t need super armor to compensate for the travel time you would be getting shot during

8 RepliesBecause it can wipe a whole team in about 3 seconds from any distance. It’s fine where it is, it just requires awareness and skill. And it DOES have super armor, as it can survive a shoulder charge.

1 ReplyTbh the damage resistance is fine. It just needs to more seconds so that it’s more like D1 Golden gun. That and a throwing knife buff (maybe 160 to the head with knife juggler)

1 ReplyIt doesn't have armor because it is a OHK hitscan. It doesn't need extra damage resistance. What it needs is to not lose your super if you die mid animation.
