You lock us out Raids we pay for to wait for some Streamers to beat the first one so it’s more competitive or something. Talk about bullshit. Why even do this for console players? You know none of will ever get worlds first again; it’ll always be the PC gamers.

6 RepliesYou have two remaining groups. Those who are leaving because they don't feel served by your game as a "service" and those who are actively pushing those players to leave and not come back. I have had people trying to convince me that bungie is better served by having a small, highly toxic, non revenue generating player base rather than a larger, inclusive, highly profitable player base. I guess we're about to see if that's true or not. Seems a stupid thing to bet the future of your business and the careers of your employees on, but seeing as all your top writers and designers are abandoning your company like rats deserting a sinking ship, I suspect your own employees don't see the hidden logic behind your decisions. Hope it works out for you.

100 RepliesHere’s an idea: If you actually want a “World’s First”, don’t release the raid in the middle of the work week, in the middle of the work day. All you’ve done is released a “Streamer’s First” raid. Only ppl able to log in for the most part to even attempt are unemployed ppl and your streamers. Release this on, say, Saturday evening around 4pm PST.

I’m sure there are players that like what this game turned into and the direction it is heading. I’m just not one of them. Raid and world first, I honestly couldn’t care less. For me, playing raids is like being stuck in an elevator for 3 hours with a bunch of strangers. If the new season content revolves around a new raid then I’m out. I need to find a new game 😔

I don’t care about world first. I just want to be able to beat the raid in the first day to get the code for the jacket. All of these extra tweaks and adjustments some less about making things fair, and more about creating artificial difficulty. The power cap especially. So it doesn’t matter how well prepared you are, the real challenge is going to b the enemies you aren’t even ALLOWED to b on par with and NOT the mechanics of the encounter. This all makes it seem like you guys don’t have a lot of faith in the new lair.

12 RepliesSeriously, who beyond the streamers and youtubers care? Who beyond them actually has a chance of competing? Who on console can compete versus PC? Good to see where the focus is - giving twitchers a reason to promote their streams for the initial day of release. I really hope this crashes and burns like Niobe Labs - seriously I hope you’ve put in another puzzle that is actively broken and they all end up wasting 24-48 hours with no sleep.

So what you’re saying is, “We figured out yet another way to handicap the players and slow progression, and we’re trying to put a positive spin on it”. Your actions are so predictable at this point. The one thing you’ve “listened to” but for some reason never heard is “just let people play”.

Damm. I wish all the haters would give bungie a break. Nobody is perfect and they have given us all years of good times. I know things have not gone well at times but we’re still here 👍. Try and enjoy the game at your own pace. It’s still only a game and much worse is happening in real life like unemployment, families starving and cancer. Try spreading some peace n love around for once 👍
