So after the release of forsaken Bungie gave out Destiny 2 for free so naturally I got the sequel to my favorite game. About 1 week ago I got a computer that was able to run it. After I played for about 2-3 hours my game would out of nowhere crash I would get little prompts saying "Scan and Repair Destiny 2 on Battle.net" and so I did so and nothing would happen then I noticed that my titan symbol (the hexagon) was looking funny the right triangle on it was pointing the opposite side so I did another scan and repair nothing again and now me and my friend spent about 5-6 hours overclocking my computer, getting programs to up my drivers, CPU and my GPU still it would crash out of nowhere then I put my graphics to the lowest they could possible be still my game crashed. Next I raised the priority of my Destiny 2 and it ran perfect for about an hour or two then out of nowhere I killed some Cabal in trostland and my game crashed next I lowered my settings it got worse I raised them and it got slightly better but my game still crashed and now I have been sitting here trying to get destiny to work for more than a WEEK so Bungie please if anyone has some advice and they also have this problem reply thank you for reading and please HELP.

Hey there. Appreciate your report. The next time the game crashes, could you link me to your DxDiag? To find this information:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com or DumpTxt.com) to paste the information. Please don't use Google Drive. • Create a link and post it here.
6 RepliesHelp me out so I can try and help you out. Please answer the following: 1) hardware specs, as detailed as you can on CPU, GPU, ram, drive, and OS. 2) did you build this yourself? 3) have you upgraded all drivers and software? How recently? 4) have you tested the thermals? Destiny can really push your system and generate a lot of heat. Bad thermals will cause problems including full system reboots.
