PlayStation Won’t Allow Me a New Rise of Iron Code
Hello,
I purchased D1:The Complete Collection and when I received it in the mail the ROI code says it has been previously redeemed. When I contacted PS, they told me they don’t handle that issue and I should get in contact with the seller. The seller said they don’t handle it and that I should get in contact with PlayStation. No one is willing to break the loop and I was told to reach out to you all at Bungie. I’d just really like to be able to play Rise of Iron because I never was able to back when D1 was thriving. Is there anyway you can help me? Can I get a working code?

3 RepliesAll D1 codes are out of date. At this time the only true way is to buy the game and dlc off your console store. Talk to your retailer about a refund.

9 RepliesHi ACERof3512, did you purchase the game from an official reseller or did you purchase it used from some marketplace? If the seller was not trustworthy they may have redeemed the code. Any reputable games vendor (think GameStop, Walmart etc.) will be fine. Bungie will not provide you with free DLC.
