Any unopened, undamaged product could get a full refund, provided a receipt is shown, and it is within 30 days of purchase. That item would then be marked on the receipt, as a return. If the item is; Opened, lightly damaged, or no receipt is provided, you can receive in store credit. The customer would need to provide an ID. If the item is heavily damaged, or it is afyer 30 days of purchase, you cannot return the item. All returns must be overseen and approved by a manager, who has the right to make an exception to the rules, for any reason. Of course, unfair exceptions, such as approving “illegal” returns from family, or denying “legal” returns due to personal bias, are punishable by up to and including termination.
