Buff Luna/NF... Seriously.
Hear me out...
The guns need to be better. Many of us have stated that we can beat you with any gun we equip, which is true. It is such a long punishing quest that it needs to be more rewarding. I mean give us blue guns, and we would still own you.
How to fix this? It is simple. It has a .57 ttk which is wayyyy to high. Make headshots an instant kill and two body shots to kill. Buff fire speed and give it no recoil. Body shot should be about .20 seconds to kill.
Anyways hopefully you get back to me. It needs some serious tuning to be more rewarding than this pieces of crap that kill noobs the same way blue guns do...

This bullet should have tracking and split into clusters upon impact. These clusters should also track surrounding enemy players causing 350 damage each. Also on kills it should give you an over shield and 10 seconds of super energy regen. Edit to include Nerf fusions.

Getting a double kill with Luna’s or NF should result in a map wide nuke that transforms the map into a nuclear wasteland. All players from the losing team should thereafter be locked out of PvP until they can regain access with 10 enhancement cores. But seriously it needs not “Final Round”, but instead “First Round” which is a OHK anywhere on the opponents body. If Luna’s/NF player misses “First Round” the opponent should be given a debuff to give Luna’s/NF user time to recover. At that point Luna’s/NF gets “Middle Round” and “Final Round” with “Explosive Rounds”.

I think if you have the “not forgotten and the Luna howl”, you should be able to duel wield them both at the same time. So my left hand I have Luna and my right hand not forgotten, then it would be fair

No. It should grant you pre nerf nova warp regardless of class with blade barrage as a grenade while granting OEM buff for all enemy players so you see every enemy and have vengeful up.
