It is a way of saying oops while attempting to save face. It is an absolute admission of f-cking up. If they didn't f-ck up, niobe labs would be complete and the forge would be unlocked already.

Agree with that but myself and I'm sure many others would just like to see them come out and own up to making a big miscalculation. Bungie constantly talk about open communication and interaction with the community but always hide behind cut and paste responses or pre approved corporate statements
