Powerful Gear rewards not giving upgrades.
I was under the impression Powerful Gear is meant to give you guaranteed upgrades. Im currently 573 (lowest item 565) and Powerful Gear rewards keep giving me 555-560 items. I linked a clip of me getting the weekly Gambit reward as an example. Can someone please explain to me to whats going on because its utterly pointless to keep playing like this...
