There's a picture of him on the back wall of the Ramen Shop. His cloak is hanging near the ship Wright. The colonel is where he used to stand in the tower, and in front of Zavalla there is a plaque on the ground like his gun. Although a huge statue would be more awesome. Cayde with a tank.
