Stop playing gambit if you don’t understand it
Banking 15 is almost never worth it. Don’t challenge the invader alone unless you have no motes, stick together when there’s multiple enemies in close quarters, kill the sniper enemies before you charge the spawn section, kill the envoys before you go for the primeval, don’t invade if the enemy team has few or no motes, leave power ammo for the invaders on your team, don’t bank motes not in multiples of 5 unless an invasion is happening and you’re worried. PAY ATTENTION TO THE DRIFTER HES NOT TALKING FOR HIS HEALTH THE CRAP HE SAYS IS IMPORTANT!!! Don’t play if you don’t know how 😩

You have no one but yourself to blame if you’re losing because it matches you with unskilled teammates. Bungie has given you a very good resource right here for finding Fireteams to play with. Maybe stop complaining about how everyone else is bad, and build your own team. If those other 3 slots are filled by players you know are good, then there would be no need for an asinine, elitist post like this. You are afforded no expectations of winning when solo queuing or playing with only one or two other players. A lot of people only play Gambit for the Milestone or to grind a weapon like Malfeasance or Breakneck. They have no intention of ever learning how to play the “right” way. Make sure they’re always on the other team and you won’t have any problems. But otherwise you have no right to tell other players what they can and can’t do in a game they paid for just because they don’t meet your expectations. And other people have responded to this post with similar thoughts and you have replied with profanity and harassment. Showing a complete lack of maturity and decorum. From what I can gather reading your responses to others here, it seems less like you’re ACTUALLY being treated unfairly, and more like you’re just a petulant child. Grow up.

I don't mind people banking 15. However, I hate when people.only try to bank 15 and completely ignore all the damn blockers that get sent over leaving me to deal with all kf them, and then we ya get overpowered and everyone dies they act like it's your fault. 😃 "Like omg I lost all 15 motes, why didn't YOU kill all the blockers?!" "Uh, you know they die 1000x faster if there is more than ONE person shooting them, right??"

It's not a strategy I use, but it's really good as it allows you to use that time to do other things 👍 Oh and while there are bounties for banking 15, guess what? Ppl are going to try and bank 15..... And finally, just like crucible (comp excluded) there is no incentive to winning....

9 RepliesSo, there are bounties for banking 15 motes. Triumphs for sending multiple large blockers, a Triumph for defeating an invader while holding 15 motes... You're saying, people shouldnt try to go for these? Sure! Haha! Nope.

1 ReplyNo one list to him. He's lying to get wins. 1. Go for 15 motes then hold them so it's more special when you bank. 2. Stay far away from your team as they are trying to steal your motes. 3. It's the dawning, gift Invaders with as much motes as you can. 4. The snipers are on your side they are just horrible shots. Don't punish them for trying. 5. Always be as close to the prime evil as possible you do more damage and look cooler. 6. Never enter team chat it's full of lies and monsters. 7. And most importantly never invade. Gambit arenas are a safe space, please respect other players emotional needs and give them the space they require.

I highly suggest using an lfg site for when your usual players aren't available. Because your post is going to literally change nothing. I recently started using The100 for when I don't want to deal with the frustrations of playing solo, and I've never had a problem getting a group together when I want to.

Wasting their time while your team is banking them sweet motes care free gives you a massive advantage. I definitely don’t need to wait for another player before I Titan smash ballistically into a massive group of mobs. In fact, literally the more the better. More motes, more super energy. And I’m totally gonna bank 15 if they can’t invade yet and I have a bounty for it.
