ive been trying to get this gun for 6-7 days now i have had the same bug where i lost a blue hand cannon but who gives a darn about that but this time I'm so freakin mad the item ive been trying so hard to get and i don't receive it is there anything yall can do to help please

ive spent so much time and money with Bungie Gnop was the first game i ever got hooked on as a kid and ive played as far as i know every game they have made ever since just super annoying the one thing i wanted and a bug comes along and decides my shotguns code was a tasty leaf to gobble up =(
