That’s what you refer to people who play in an organized fireteam? Aggressive “as a solo player” plebs, such as yourself, who think the game should cater to your every snowflake whim really are the reason the community is in the toilet. People in a clan or playing as a team does not ensure a win, communication simply makes a win more likely, quitting against groups because you might lose is a shit habit as it messes with other solo players and can only be put down to cowardice and you deserve a ban.

You can't expect to win every game. I get it sucks to be in Gambit when you get rolled but it's not that bad for solo players if I compare it to competitive. Since one really good Gambit player can carry an entire team. If you opened the floodgates of allowing players to leave the instant things don't go well it would be a mess. It would rendered the game mode unplayable as it would be completely one sided once players start to leave.

Well... this reminds me of when i was serving as an oil boy for the Williams Sisters during their conquest of Wimbledon. i remember we were 4 of best oil boys there were, man i use to have hands like fists... wait... what? ok yes, i have hands, that turn into fists that magically massage a muscle into something resembling the left side of the hulks right testicle. because, fast balls in Wimbledon are a thing. so anyway, back to my story, there i was basically oiled up and ready for action, as the Williams brothers requested our beating, i mean sisters requested our beating one of my team mates dropped the baby oil and slipped all over the place landing face first into what appeared to be a chocolate box filled with brillo pads. alas when he came up for air, he ran for his life as the Gigantic hand grasped at his manbun, he barely made it out of the grasp only to slip again and face forward slam into the crystal table. this obviously broke in the process severing his artery and the impact of him hitting the table sent a cloud of cocaine flying all over the place. i was scared, and through the mist i saw another team mate running towards me as he stretches out his hand, Venus straight on clotheslined him into a somersault and jumped on him, choking his poor skinny body with those muscular arms until he got an erection. she then proceeded to seabiscuit the life out of him and thats where me and my last remaining team mate decided we are going to stand and fight. i grasped the silver plate full of the remaining prime Columbian blow, polished the dust off, in a Bruce Lee lick your own blood fashion and i pointed at this Gigantic Creature in front of me as she is enraged by unstable hormones and cocaine. she charged, and i readied myself up, and right before the moment i could almost smell the testosterone in her breath, my team mate wrapped a towel around her throat and pulled her down. this Giant Muscular creature, now making Chewbacca noises fell and the sheer weight of her, him, it whatever it was crushed my mate into a puddle of what appeared to be a mix between raspberry jelly and melted chocolate. thats when i decided. F*CK THIS - i am leaving.

I leave no matter the penalty. I’ll just play another mode until the ban is over. Ive reset rank twice now and been through it all in Gambit. It’s a complete waste of time to stick out a dead match. Nothing but unnecessary frustration. I’m not even interested in resting for the ghost. It’s a nightmare playing solo. You have good matches here and there, but most times it’s like I’m playing my hardest for nothing.

The match making is total shit. 4 randoms against a 4 stack almost everytime. Gambit should have playlists..there is nothing wrong with solo match making. Only Bungies to lazy to make a desent playlist. Bungie has a long history of screwing up Destinys match making. Oh wait but they did make Halo.

Had a guy back out while flying in the other day for that very reason - a four-stack running various combos of Malfeasance, Ikelos shotty, and Thunderlord. We lost the first round due to being down a person, but got a fourth partway through the round. We then went on to stomp the four-stack. Maybe don't freak out when you see them. Give your randos a chance and they may surprise you.

...and that is exactly why there should be a penalty. To penalize those who abandon their team mates at the first sign of trouble because they don't want to face a team that [i]might[/i] win. You leaving the match is more damaging than any pre-made group of 4 could ever be.
