Why Just why
Connection-based Matchmaking....and Bungie catering to the preferences of streamers and a vocal minority of top PVP players who want a steady stream of weaker players to farm. So they can "relax"....and look dominant in the content for their Twitch streams and YouTube videos.
-
Because I have friends and want to play with them
-
Everyone start leaving the match as soon matchmaking does that, then maybe Bungie will get the message. Not that Bungie ever gets the message.
-
Most 6 stacks are pretty awful. What's annoying is matching with randoms who are absolute garbage and can't get past 5 kills.
-
I play alone most of the time Some stacks aint so bad you can pubstomp them if you have a good idea of your situation and surroundings. But the comes the well oiled dream team to put you back in your place.
-
So what I got from your post is you're mad because you have no friends to play with.

Didn’t know people couldn’t play with each other wow -
Get squished homosapian 🤙

9 RepliesClan players have a higher assurance that they will continue to play (and buy) the game products. Less likelihood to leave for other games because their social structure is entwined to the game. Thus, Bungie wants to continue to give them the power fantasy and feeling of winning... at the solo players expense. the solo player is fodder to Bungie. This games design is about making players feel good, not making matches feel fair. That's why a word like "competitive" in Destiny is a joke. A game is competitive when the match up is fair. Chess is fair- both player have equal access to the same pieces. Baseball is fair- equal numbers of players, with the same level of communication having access to the same equipment. Destiny is not fair and has never been. Solo's are dumped against Stacks. Your opponents can have far superior weapons and armor purely based on luck. Destiny can never be competitive.

8 RepliesBUNGIE needs all hands on deck to keep the game relevant. This includes streamers (who should get real jobs) and tryhard no-life gamers. Casual gamers have no desire to grind a grindy grindfest of a game and have moved on.
-
7 RepliesGod forbid people want to play with their friends
-
Or just get rid of the matchmaking that makes solos match with stacked teams more than other solos.
-
27 RepliesA solo queue would fix that, but that’s not what they want. They want streamers to be able to stack with their friends and record footage for sick montages for their YouTube channel. They aren’t interested in balanced PvP, if you are you need to play a different game.
-
2 RepliesYou are the type of person that makes other solos look bad. Ask for better matchmaking not for people to not be able to play with friends.
-
If gamechat was forced people might actually communicate. Communication is key that's why teams are stronger then solo, i'm a solo player myself but when i had a team to get me to fabled in comp it was fairly easy.
-
It's for stat hunters. Played with a guy who had a over a 2.5 in quickplay but couldn't leave fabled in comp lol. It makes all the subpar players feel good about themselves since they can't do that in comp.
-
I went into QP with a six stack the other night and we mercy ruled seven matches in a row. It was brutal. they need to put stacks against stacks. Because it's definitely demoralizing to go against them when you do.
-
5 RepliesMatch stacks against other stacks. Sorted.
-
For the same reason you arre allowed too
-
So let’s punish all the players that like to play together (friends/ clanmates) because you’re too lazy or too much of an invert to create/join a FT. Besides the Redrix Quest alone should clue you in on WHY.... Win streaks matter! This is a YOU problem!
-
As a solo and duo only player, I wouldn't have it any other way. I've always liked coming up against clans and stacked teams in PvP games, and I would never agree to pushing out people who want to play with friends/clan members just to play with other solo players. I would also like to add that teams of randoms have given me the biggest beatings in all my years playing FPS games.
-
Time to go back to pve scrub, maybe a full team of dregs are more your skill level?
-
Why are you so bad though. I don’t even stack often and I’ve been having 45 defeat games (obviously due to the new players coming in)
-
Play Rumble instead - problem solved.

1 ReplyYeah, it’s -blam!-ing stupid that people have friends. So unbalanced.
