RIP Blizzard 2018. Hello Mobile Blizzard!

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PefK3KubKKI So because Blizzard's huge, awkward, embarrassing, cringy Diablo Mobile (aka one of Chinese developers Net Ease's diablo clones reskinned as actual Diablo) announcement to a huge hardcore PC/console fanbase at their huge PC/console event wasn't enough to show how out of touch they are, they've now very proudly said that... .....they're busy developing MANY mobile games for all of their IP's and their "best developers" are busy working away at them. Apparently most blizzard developers only play mobile games now and they couldn't be more excited to bring us all a ton of mobile games made by their best developers in the bright future ahead of us. Oh but don't worry, they also said, very begrudgingly, that the PC/console players "haven't been forgotten" and there's some sort of diablo and other games coming, at some point. Of course this is all Activisions doing because as they very recently said "a ton of profit isn't good enough" because they want ALLLLLL OF TEH MONEZZZ. So naturally mobile games will make tons of money because they're monetized up the wazoo and as the mobile diablo game is aimed at the chinese market especially very young gamers it will do great for a reskinned 2 second game. Activision will then get a sniff of all the green stuff they can make by dumping expensive to develop pc and console games and go all in on mobile. So like how activisions recent announcement that destiny 2 isnt making enough money so we'll get more micro transactions is the death of bungie, this is the end of Blizzard as we know it. Moral of the story, huge publishers only care about their investors, don't give a damn about customers or IP or brands, and are doing a great job of destroying the AAA game industry as we know it. As good old Alfred once said to Bruce Wayne... ....some men just want to watch the world burn 👍🏻 RIP any and every AAA developer that is tied, noose and all, to any big publisher like EA, Take Two and of course, Activision.
