If given a straight up option for light or dark, which would you choose, guardians? Keep in mind this is strictly light and dark, not "I would use the powers of darkness for the light's side."

The Vanguard is for the Light, and I’m for the Vanguard. The Darkness would make more conflict, making the Crucible more popular...

1 ReplyDefinitely the Light. “Once you start down the Dark path, forever will it dominate your Destiny, consume you it will.” -Yoda
-
Dark, make another option.
-
1 ReplyThe light all the way

4 RepliesI’ll say what I said before on another post: I still don’t really believe we will ever have a playable darkness subclass (even though I’ve seen the leaks). But I’ll have to admit, using the darkness against itself will probably be quite effective. Just think about the light-suppression fields the Drifter encountered. Using the darkness for “good” purposes is more up my ally. I’ll never stop fighting for humanity. The traveler is another story though...

I want to be Eisenhorn.
-
U forgot Rick Harrison, chaotic neutral
-
You forgot the giant cube that represents a middle ground between light and dark.
-
Well that's not fair not being able to use dark for good lol. When it comes to star wars game I always take dark side powers but can never go evil.. But even with this restriction at my core I can't be evil I would have to chose light

3 Replies“Perfectly balanced. As all things should be” -Ulan Tan

6 RepliesWell. The Drifter encountered the Darkness and he's fine. Right...?
Right?
-
If given an ultimatum i would always side with the Light.
-
But how would the darkness be in game

1 ReplyThe one with most OP Subclasses. lol
I say we need both to survive and would choose to be on neither side, but seeing how it’s one or the other, I would choose the Dark it has a better track record... -Dregen Aku
9 RepliesBeing honest I'd chose neither and join Rasputin (if Paracausal bullshit is ignored) or the Eliksni.
-
It’s been made fairly clear that the Light and Dark are directly affected by each other, with one growing stronger when the other does and vise versa. I think that in order to destroy the Darkness, we’ll have to destroy the Light as well.
-
The Darkness takes too much from you, even if it does appear give you strength at a faster rate. The Light seems to need to be cultivated, but it takes far less from you, it would seem. I would stick with the Light.

Can i just have my blade dancer back? No? Vex tech sword it is then.

6 RepliesThe light, we were reborn with the light. We swore to protect the light, and the light protects the innocents of the city. I (or at least my titan) would never join the darkness, and would like to have a chat with anyone who wants to join the darkness.
-
I chose the Darkness because it's proven it can tear down anything the Light puts up. Witness all those ruined buildings on all those planets and moons that we run around in.

1 ReplyWhichever one allows me to manipulate dimensional realities.

7 RepliesEdited by CIKiller: 11/11/2018 3:38:18 AMDarkness. Despite its ideology being fundamentally flawed in that no civilization or group of entities following it could even work together wothout violating said ideology at some point, I have a feeling the Darkness will lead to more interesting gameplay options. In addition, it will enable me to be comfortable playing the game without feeling like I'm fighting for the wrong ideology.

6 RepliesI’d rather not go insane thanks.

3 RepliesPolls are currently at exactly 50%, let’s keep it this way
