Festival of the lost was said to conclude at 10AM PST ON NOVEMBER 6TH. Which is today and ended a whole hour earlier then stated! I had 118 Fragmented souls when they disappeared from my and my friends inventory at 9AM PST along with the festival. Suuuuuper upset about this and quite outraged.

3 RepliesIt didnt end early, but bungie are a bunch of twats for not saying that daylight savings effected the reset. I had all 120 and couldn't make it to the tower in time

1 Replythey never said 10am
Festival of the Lost is a limited-time Live Event in Destiny 2 where Guardians laugh in the face of death and wear masks as they fight back against the darkness. Festival of the Lost begins on October 16, 2018 and ends at the weekly reset on November 6, 2018.
https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/47296

1 ReplyIt didn't end early, and how come you didn't manage to get it during the last few weeks? Horror Story was easily obtainable within a few days if you completed the weekly bounty, and even quicker if you did nothing but play the Haunted Forest.

You had 3 weeks to finish the event. Not 3 weeks + 1 hour. Daylight savings had nothing to do with the Festival ending early. Again, you had 3 weeks.

3 RepliesFOR THE HUNDREDTH TIME! IT DIDN'T END EARLY.

It did not end early. With the daylight savings change, it ended at 9AM PST or in my case, noon EST.
