Constant "Error reading game content"

For month now I'm getting disconnected with "Error reading game content". Not too bad at first, it happen once or twice per session but it got worse; A LOT. Now I can't play at all. As soon as I try to start an activity, I get disconnected with "error reading game content". I'm on a wired connection and have no issues with other games and AAA titles. I tried: Checked router, cables, ping test - all good Scan & Repair - no effect Clean install of D2 and Blizz app - no effect Checked all drivers - all good and current Disabled all apps running in the back ground (even my firewall) - no effect I followed your network guide, optimization guide, and advanced troubleshooting guide (although it's only D2 no other game has any issues) - no effect Tested all hardware - no effect I did a clean install of Win 10 & D2 on my laptop with nothing but the OS and game and necessary drivers - NO EFFECT. still crashing. I don't know what else to do To say I'm frustrated is the understatement of the year and right now I'm at the point, although I like the game and would play it IF I COULD, I wish I could get a refund. Any ideas???
