Powerful Gear dropping lower then my power level.
I've done strike, crucible and gambit powerful gear quests and all have dropped equal to or lower then my power. I also got an exotic drop that was lower then my power.
Making it incredibly hard to get to a high enough power level for the raid

I’m having the same problem 4 times today power Ingram’s dropping lower than my light by 10 or more levels
