Petition for Better Cayde-6 Memorial
15 days later I just now noticed the memorial to Cayde-6, a plaque on the ground in front of Zavala. I must have walked over it God knows how many times without noticing. Give the man a proper statue or more noticeable Memorial. Cayde-6 spearheaded the assault on the Dreadnaught when no-one would and his teleporter got us to Ghaul's ship

Out of everything bungie could do....out of everything they could fix or add....you want.... More for cayde.... How about we give them decent ideas to work on instead of feeding them horrid ideas that dont rlly matter? Our community screws over bungie so bad...this is why they held the summit. So bad opinions dont drown out good ones

Maybe some kind of Mount Rushmore type deal treatment, except more just me without 3 other donks. Last time I saw Cayde he was whining about his arm being shot off and babysitting the rest of the Vanguard, while guess who had to go and solo Ghaul. It's all good though, cause Cayde was my dawg even though I still haven't forgiven him for "helping" me get on the TTK's ship and then proceeding to hang out at the tower while my azz is in there gathering wormspore until it hurts.

If Cayde gets a memorial, all the dead Vanguard members should. Put a big ol' wall at the center of the Tower with the names of dead, accomplished Guardians, ie Legends. Cayde isn't special, literally every Hunter Vanguard has been KIA or is MIA, he can't get a statue just because we, the players, liked him.

4 RepliesThe story for this entire game is garbage. Who cares. I could care less about all the characters or even if they did away with the story entirely. Give me challenges that provide unique and meaningful rewards and fun pvp and I’ll play this game into the ground.

Bungie killed Cayde and a half-assed attempt to restimulate the fan base, and in that, they delivered us another half finished mess. If we want to set a proper memorial for Cayde, we should lodge ace deeply into the rectum of whatever steaming pile of useless cartridge that's running this shit show and then string them up like the Italians did Mussolini. Let's make THAT the memorial for Cayde.

6 RepliesA statue where the Solstice of Heroes monument was would be best. A large one, with a plaque reading, "A long-cherished member of the Vanguard, Cayde-6 will be deeply missed. You were an amazing man. May all Hunters see you as inspiration to go out and fight, take risks, and be great in life.". Something along those lines.
