I dont know how you can improve PVP.
When i play a game, i either do co-op, or play solo.
The moment Bungie starts to combine PVP and PVE aspects in gear collection, wont finish it.
I really tried to get the gear from the current event, because i really love the way its looks.
But i just cannot finish it.
It feels like Bungie is trying to push me towards PVP, and get me tied into the game.
Bungie has achieved the opposite.
I tried, but disliked it so much that I feel like im burned out on the game.
I will return for the next DLC
But if Bungie continues to merge PVP and PVE challanges, and thus locking me, and others like me out, i cant promise i'll stick with this game for too long.
Anthem will be PVE focussed, and they seem to be confident that the game have enough foothold to keep players entertained. So im asking Bungie to not be afraid, and focus on making the game fun for everyone they once saw as an audience, and stop forcing to let everyone experience all aspects of the game, even if the players dont ask for it. Because you might achieve the exact oposite of what you are aiming for.
Someone has suggested that i do the PVP part just by entering a match, stand still and wait for the super to charge, and then look for someone to defeat.
I thought about doing this, but i dont like to spoil the game for others.
To me, year 1 of D2 was filled with PVE, meeting new people, and eventually stick with a few of them.
We are spread from all over europe and plan on meeting in budapest when spring comes.
I think the best way to solve this, is to design more gear.
A set for PVE
A set for PVP
PVP VS PVE is as old as the internet.
Please stop trying to mash these 2 together

4 RepliesThere's a difference between "can't" and giving up. Your game history shows the last time you did any PvP match was over a month ago, before Solstice started. So you're not even trying and you're already giving up. It's really not that hard or very time consuming either.

another crybaby. the armor is a trophy set, rather worthless aside from I did it bragging rights. if you aren't willing to do what it takes then don't do it, but this is a celebration of Destiny. not the parts you like. you aren't locked out of anything. you either lack the skill or desire to do it. plain and simple.

Edited by Det. Starpepper: 8/9/2018 6:31:57 AMThis armor is for triumphs in the whole game. The objectives aren’t as hard as they seem. I had a hell of a time with crucible because I’m typically pve, but I still did it. Those who bitch about this event and say they won’t do it for the reason it has stuff they hate in it don’t deserve the rewards.
