It’s character based. I had all chests collected, but not on my Titan. I left mars chests uncompleted and went to collect them on that specific character, and after I got them I could claim the bounty

I don't think you understand I have all of them on all 3 characters. It says so in the app and did before today. When the solstice thing first appeared I picked up the ones I was missing. Now it shows that I haven't finished I've logged in on every character. No regional chest left to get still 67/68.

What about the chest you unlock where Brother Vance is at?

Hmm...it’s more than likely a bit that may get kinked out soon. Just check every planet on every character anyways to be on the safe side.
