I’m a destiny player and I’ve been playing since the beta of the first game and I enjoy destiny so much, it’s really enjoyable, fast paced, and it is satisfying to play the crucible or trials of the nine but with the time to kill decreasing heavily, getting kills doesn’t take long, especially while team shooting, I shouldn’t play trials and constantly deal with players sitting in corners or flanking whether they’re low or max health, it’s unfair for some players and it makes crucible not fun, with radar people can 1v1 or have a better time playing and without radar, and a fast time to kill, it’s not fair for players who play aggressively or just normally and considering the fact that trials and competitive is a 4v4, it lets people have a better chance of hiding and flanking and just teamshooting, sometimes without a player being able to do anything. Bungie...bring radar back

Agreed. The game does have sound queues, but nothing compared to games like R6S. The Lockdown mode does have radar tho.
-
Alternatively they need to add actual sound cues so you can at least hear people coming. Right now it's just people hiding or running as a 4, team shooting like mad.
-
it’s unfair for some players and it makes crucible not fun
Oh ok, so we want Trials to be fair and fun for everyone, but not Quickplay? What kind of ass-backwards PvP are we expecting out of this game?
-
2 RepliesIm pretty sure they will for at least trials. No radar is dumb and bad
-
Bringing back radar would make it easier for solo players. We know how Bungie thinks about solo players.
-
4 RepliesBring radar back as well as elimination. Make it truly “Trials”. Not this nonsense.

Play quick play if you need a radar. I like no radar mode as an option for PvP. Gotta actually scan the environment.
-
How is a team who has better teamwork and can play aggressively "not fair"? You just gotta learn how to improvise, adapt, and overcome.
-
2 RepliesI disagree. Disabling radar means that people cant rely on radar to see what's around them and need to have team members dedicated to covering flanks. This takes skill to master, rewards teamwork, and is the whole point of Competitive style play. Additionally, having dedicated people covering flanks means that there is less team shooting, which is a good thing if you ask most people. It also acts as a virtual debuff to invis hunters (or a buff to everyone else, depending on how you look at it). Draw an opposing teams fire, then send out a stealthy rogue to flank them. Rather than ask for changes, how about we adapt, and learn. Static gameplay gets stale. Quickplay still exists if you want to keep doing the same thing forever.

2 RepliesNeed your crutch huh?

3 RepliesI hope it never comes back. Radar leads to more pack running, team shooting than without it.
-
Radar is the OPPOSITE of Competitive and especially tournaments like trials Nothing you can say changes that fact. Im average and I can play without radar. stop whining about something that SHOULD NOT be there. no radar makes surprise moments commonplace. AS THEY SHOULD BE
-
6 RepliesHow can something be competitive if you need a crutch like radar? If you need to rely on a radar to help you out then a competitive playlist isn't the place for you
-
No radar in competative crucible.
-
12 Replies„no“ radar for real pvp-players needed > look at Fortnite
-
3 RepliesPlease stop. Trials players were the biggest crybabies on D1. Now, you're all coming out of the woodwork to complain about stuff again. Your kind ruined D1, and basically made D2 a heaping mess in PvP. Deal with it, or don't play it.

pls dont Bungie
-
10 RepliesPls bungie do NOT bring radar back. There are plenty of us who can handle it ok.
-
No If you need a crutch assist like radar to find a kill go play animal crossing.
-
I believe they confirmed in a Game Informer readers questions podcast that they have no current plan to add radar back to Trials, but that the whole game mode is looking to be reworked.
-
1 ReplyBut then players who never learned how to use it will be at disadvantage. Also, us scrubs will never again walk from behind to an unwitting guardian to unload SMG point blank
-
How about we just get rid of Trials, the reason why the game is in the mess that it is in. The sooner Trials dies the better.
-
Maybe leave no radar in competitive, but bring it back for Trials? Like one or the other rather than both?
