6 RepliesFor me, it's probably Ebrietas... if we count Chalice dungeons... Pthumerian descendant in cursed & defiled.

4 RepliesEdited by Unforgiven: 6/2/2018 4:37:22 AMMartyr Logarius was a tough boss, when I killed him I said die bastard, but nothing will prepare you to the last few Chalice dungeon bosses. This is the best game ever made by the way... but not a huge fan of Chalise dungeon grind but once you are done with those last few bosses it is a great feeling, no other game gives you that sense of accomplishment like Bloodborne. This guy is a bastard "Pthumerian Descendant" but by the time you face him you better have a lot of health or you will get 2 shot. Some of the Chalice Dungeon bosses leading up to him are tough too, but he has this weird enrage that just kept bugging me and that point i didn't even care anymore ,was just popping potions nonstop wanted to get Platinum and be done with it, but got my Platinum and PS4 theme finally, will never switch my theme. Start watching at 7 minutes.

4 RepliesAmygdala. For whatever reason Amygdala always seems to get the best of me. I can solo most if not all of the other base game bosses, but even now I'm stuck on A in my NG+3 run.

I had a problem with Ebrietas. Martyr Logarius too, but less so. Certain chalice bosses were a pain in the d**k. Easiest: that alien thing. Celestial Emissary?

Defiled watchdog without a doubt. With one half hp, he can claw you for 60 percent and ohko you with his flame burst.
Friendly tip, break the legs.
2 RepliesMartyr Logarius, no question for me.

1 ReplyOn my first playthrough, Amelia was -blam!-ing nuts: huge, agile, aggressive... what a nightmare. Nailed her first time on NG+, of course. And I know you said not to include DLC, and I've respected that in the poll, but - as others have said - the Orphan of Kos is even worse. I have a hard time choosing between him and Ludwig, though, because I caved and accepted help relatively early with Ludwig. I must have attempted the Orphan dozens of times before requesting help.

Base game - Rom the Vacuous Spider. But if you include the expansions Orphan of Kos. Orphan of Kos is the hardest boss I’ve ever fought in any game.

6 RepliesThat thing that came after Gherman when you got all the cords was probably the one I had the most trouble with. The rest was actualy not that bad, some were challenging sure but not so hard that it took me more than a few tries. I am suprised that Amilia is rated so high, I did not find her that hard to be honest, she has a pretty good design though I did like that fight. And the darkbeast was a breeze I downed him first try.

7 RepliesNope. Orphan of Kos is so obnoxiously hard that your rule doesn't apply.
