Apparently if you live in a zany left wing reality distortion field, it's THEFT, to let people keep slightly more of the money that they work for.
Apparently after 8 years of not giving a flying -blam!- about the national debt, now's the time to act all concerned even though the projections they use for this talking point are flawed because they rely on little to no economic growth as a result of tax cuts.
Apparently, according to Nancy Pelosi, who I am convinced is senile, tax cuts are "violence against our founding fathers" even though there was no income tax when our country was founded in the first place.
Apparently, now is the time to make a stink about bipartisanship even though liberals were happy to gleefully ram Obama care down our throats.
Apparently, tax cuts will "kill people". Somehow.
Apparently, it's fair game to assume that no included cuts will be renewed in or before 2027 and just assume the middle class will end up with more taxes. (Tax cuts are almost always renewed if they're popular).
I know exactly why liberals are so butthurt about this though, people are going to get to KEEP more of THEIR own money and the gop gets to take credit for it.

35 RepliesEdited by Olmeck: 12/21/2017 10:54:30 PMYou think tax cuts create economic growth? Lol! https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2012/09/tax-cuts-dont-lead-to-economic-growth-a-new-65-year-study-finds/262438/ Why are we operating at both a deficit and debt? Because the only thing that’s been done with taxes on the majority of the population, since Reagan, has been cuts. Meanwhile our spending just keeps increasing. Great recipe for success. We need to raise taxes on everyone until the budget is balanced and we stop the eventual 2008 2.0. Edit: forgot that we also need to reduce spending but there is a snowballs chance in hell of that happening.

That’s fine as long as we slash military spending.

What? Tax cuts are gonna kill me? How? Are they worried I'm gonna drown to death under money I earn?

Some of the 43ish percent of American employees that pay zero net federal tax complaining about tax cuts that other people are getting.

2 RepliesBroke: "Taxation is theft!" Woke: "Not paying taxes is theft!" Also...
Apparently, according to Nancy Pelosi, who I am convinced is senile, tax cuts are "violence against our founding fathers"
What the actual -blam!-?

62 RepliesEdited by QueCyraCyra: 12/21/2017 4:46:04 PMWell I think the reason why people are pissed off about it is because the tax cuts actually mainly helps the already rich. It’s not really helping anyone keep more of the money they earn because it’s pretty much only helping those that earn so much that they don’t actually need to really work anymore. It helps those that earn their fortune through just being the owner of companies and high class property. That’s what the tax cut is for. Not for those that go out and work 8-12 hours a day almost everyday and only just make it through the month.
not to mention it cuts the incoming amount that could reduce the ever growing debt the country has...
Have you guys ever considered just not paying back our debt? Like, obviously we wouldn't say it out loud, but we're already $20,000,000,000,000 in debt, we might as well just keep going.

I proud I voted for trump. He really is making it great again.

11 RepliesI feel like I'm missing something when I see a left-leaning news site talk about this stuff. They keep talking about how this only benefits big business and that the average person will be screwed. The numbers I've seen, and I honestly haven't dug very deeply here so they could be old or wrong, show a tax decrease across the board for almost every income bracket. Why are people upset that we're going to pay less taxes? Also, the removal of the individual mandate seems like a good thing to me. Why should I or anyone be forced to purchase insurance if we don't feel we need it or just don't want it? I'm just not getting the uproar over this.

2 Replies20 trillion usa debt. As I have researched 75% owed TO American people. Yet no politician is capable of declaring exactly why they believe they had the right to borrow that kind of coin and how or when it shall be paid TO the American people. (Yea right 😂😂) Truth it's thievery plain and simple and we "The People" still retain the "right" to vote for what scum bags enter office only to continue the lie of taxation for protection... mobbery. We have the right only to be blamed for their "jackassery" of doing the "will of the people". F that sh*t. Ain't my doing that those bastards steal and lie and manipulate in the name of politics which do ABSOLUTELY nothing but create drama and problems so "WE" MUST need their shitty selves. Just cut the games, the wheels are falling off. As Sam Jackson said "Hold onto your butts...." ✌✌out

19 RepliesSo lemme get this straight. You got triggered because some bimbo in the media overreacted to a thing (even though that’s pretty much what the media are paid to do these days) and you’re gonna claim that her reaction is representative of everyone on ‘the other side’ because reasons undefined. Please remind me why we let people like you vote.

Edited by f3: 12/22/2017 5:11:28 AMokay but if we're cutting taxes then how are we going to be able to fund the false flag invasion hmmmm?

6 RepliesAs an agnostic in politics I agree with the republicans and their view on the economy, as a progressive I find the left media deplorable. Bret Weinstein is libertarian I strongly agree with on his views and philosophies on the matter. He’s a guest on Sam Harris’s podcast ‘Waking Up’ and Joe Rogan’s podcast as well.

14 RepliesWhat I would like explained to me is this - when all the figures are balanced, this bolts $1.5 Trillion onto the annual US Deficit. Trump and Trumpists insist that this will be balanced out via economic stimulus through job creation from the big corporations who are getting that big old tax break, but there are parts of the bill which, intentionally or unintentionally, incentivize sending jobs overseas...

3 RepliesAnd another trillion added to the national debt due to the bill, that the American people owe to the Jew.
